Light + spacious double room in North Manchester!

Looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our home in North Manchester. The room is a spacious double with plenty of natural light; perfect for relaxing or working from home. The main room is really light and airy and we have a fab balcony that's perfect for catching some rays :) as well as a bath which is perfect for relaxing with a book (and maybe a cheeky glass of wine!)

The flat is a 10 min walk to Bowker Vale tram stop (20 mins into city centre!) and 15 min walk to Heaton Park so perfect for if you're into running or being close to nature.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and easygoing, who's up for chatting about our days but also happy for personal space!

We value a cosy and peaceful environment so looking for someone clean and respectful! Not really a party household but love cute nights in together - if chatting over a cuppa, terrible tv, board games and craft days are your kind of vibe then please drop me a message <33
