The bedroom looks onto a large field with great views of city centre. The house has a large comfy lounge, a good sized modern kitchen and relaxing conservatory. The bathroom is 5m in length (wow) with a corner bath and stand in shower and a his'n'hers sink.

There is a garden at the back with storage space (2 sheds) and parking at the front. The house is based in a quiet cul-de-sac with a friendly neighbourhood. The house is close to local shops and bus routes to the city centre, tram stations and north manchester general.

I am a female professional working full-time in the NHS. I am very friendly and love to have a good chit chat every now and again. The house is very relaxing and homely and I'm looking for someone who is also looking for a house they want to call home.
