Furnished double bedroom available in a new three bedroom house. With a large kitchen/dinner and homely living room. The house is situated just outside of the city centre (2 minute bus or 20 minute walk), also with close amenities.

The price is set for a couple rather than an individual.

The house mates needs to be a clean and tidy but otherwise just looking for friendly, nice and respectful people. (The room is available as the current housemates are moving to go travelling).

The house will therefore just be occupied by myself, I am are very easy going and sociable person, who enjoys everything from sports, reading to outdoor activities. So please get in touch if this seems suitable.
