Perfect if visiting family in Prestwich and need somewhere to stay for a weekend/short stay for a special event or long term.

Shower in room and toilet just outside the room.
TV, WiFi and virgin media included.

This is a family home and we are happy to rent this room for a short or long term.

Very suitable for someone who is working in the area and is very close to Manchester town centre. Someone who is visiting Manchester and needs a short stay.

If staying for a week or so, can discuss deposit options.
Price will vary for a stay less than a month.

For a short stay, a couple is welcome and there is a sofa bed for a child if needed.

Buses and metro very closeby, Tesco and other small shops are all in walking distance.

Lodger must be someone that has a job.
