Can use washing machine and dryer that is just outside the room.

Very suitable for someone who is working the area and is very close to Manchester town centre. Someone who is visiting Manchester and needs a short stay.

Price will vary for a stay less than a month.

For a short stay, a couple is welcome and there is a sofa bed for a child if needed.

Buses and metro nearby, Tesco and other small shops that are all in walking distance.

Lodger must be someone that has a job.
