The bedroom/house is very spacious and close to local amenities such as the retail park, gym, town centre, train stations (Daisy Hill and Hindley Green) and motorway links.

The advertised room has had a long term tenant for the past two years. I have some pictures of the room from when I renovated it initially if you wish to see it. I will however, update the ad with new pictures in the new year.

I am looking for someone to rent the room shown from the second week in January but I am flexible depending on the incumbent tenants needs.

Included in the price is a fully furnished room, double bed as shown, all bills, fast WiFi, Netflix, there is space in the room for a desk if you WFH or downstairs in the dining room. Parking at the rear of the property for one vehicle which is covered by security cameras.
