I really enjoy living at the property, I find it extremely homely, clean and comfortable Phil and Paul are approachable, Friendly and are there to support you with anything you need and they’re always on hand. I came from another house share that was over crowded and my feelings where never considered, but since moving in to 303 this has been the complete opposite the house is never over crowded and Paul makes the effort to match people in the house who will get on well.
