We’ve recently and expertly refurbished this high quality traditional property, giving it bags of character, its also just a few minutes walk from Horwich town centre and 10-15 minutes walk to Middlebrook and Horwich Parkway Train station and its 34 minute direct journey into Manchester.

Please note - we are strict that the house will only ever have a maximum of 3-4 people living here, as we want the house to feel relaxed, comfortable and never over crowded, this is compared to some similar sized properties in the area, where there are many more bedrooms, ultimately leading to tenants often vying for kitchen space at meal times.

I have lived at the property for over 6 months and Paul is one of the best landlords I have ever dealt with. He is extremely quick at answering any queries and also very accommodating. He truly has thought about everything when renovating this house. It's not only extremely modern but also comfortable and homely. It's a shame not every landlord is as helpful and friendly as Paul is.
You couldn't ask for a better property manager than Phil. If you have an issue, any time, day or night, Phil is more than happy to lend a hand. He's quick at solving any problems you have with the house and does so with a smile every time. And, his free range eggs are second to none!

The property is in very good condition and I trust Paul in making sure that a all the rooms in the house are kept to a good standard, Paul is easy to communicate with and I feel confident in his abilities as a landlord, he shows real passion for great service. Phil is very handy to have around, he’s friendly, respectful of each housemate, I am grateful to him for assisting me with anything I am unsure of in the property.

I really enjoy living at the property, I find it extremely homely, clean and comfortable Phil and Paul are approachable, Friendly and are there to support you with anything you need and they’re always on hand. I came from another house share that was over crowded and my feelings where never considered, but since moving in this has been the complete opposite the house is never over crowded and Paul makes the effort to match people in the house who will get on well.
