Single room in a lovely area

I have a single room on the ground floor of my property, amazing location 5 mins from bus stop , 10 mins from train station and 15 mins from m61 . The ground floor consists of your own shower room , kitchen including kettle , microwave, fridge freezer , shared washing machine , and storage for pots , pans , food etc . You have no access to the other 2 floors there’s a door at the bottom of the stairs. This room is a base for a full time working male /female , there’s internet and a place you can have a tv , we share the same front door and back door and obviously my dogs use the garden . At the moment I need to buy a bed , so I would use the deposit for that , this is your room so no one stays it’s just a base for you , Thankyou for reading .
