Due to a long term lodger moving on, one light and spacious double is due to become available to rent in my clean and cosy flat which is walking distance to the city centre and Manchester Universities.

The space would be ideal for a professional or mature student. I live in but work away so am very rarely around. Looking for a reliable female lodger (minimum age 25) who would enjoy the space and comfort. You would be sharing with one other calm and friendly female lodger age 38..

I have spent many years renovating and making the flat into a cosy and happy home. Looking for mature and thoughtful female flatmate who would like a peaceful, clean and tidy place.

Pictured is the spacious and light double bedroom with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and vintage fold-out table which can be used a desk. There is a new bed since pics taken: a Benson for beds divan base and 3000 pocket spring mattress. The room has laminate flooring and large double-glazed window.

The area has a strong community spirit and lots of green space and mature trees. It is quite alternative and creative.
