Two double rooms in 3-bed Hulme houseshare

Hi, there are two free rooms in this lovely houseshare, as my two housemates have just moved to different cities. Both rooms are spacious with double bed and fully furnished. They share two toilets, one with a shower. The top floor is a huge, very bright living area and open plan kitchen, great for socialising.

There is a huge ASDA 3 mins walking and a shopping complex with Argos, Poundstretcher, fast food shops and local market. It's also very close to the city centre, 20mins walking to Deansgate and 3mins walking + 15 mins on the bus to Piccadilly Gardens.

Rent is £375 for the ground floor room and £380 for the first floor room. Bills and household expenses would be between £100-£115 pcm per person. The landlord would require us to sign a 6-month contract with one-month rolling afterwards, with only a £60 credit check fee.

I'm a 33yo Greek male and work in Media City as a data scientist. I'm still new to the city and like exploring it at the weekends.
