I am a live out landlord with a 2 bed/2 bath larger than average apartment in Manchester in a development called City South. It is a very friendly development with an active director's committee, Facebook page for residents, and an onsite building manager and concierge.

I have two rooms available in August 2022. Room 1 is the en-suite double room with its own shower and toilet room, for £535 pcm and is available from 1 August. Room 2 is the double room with use of the separate bathroom for £515 pcm and is available in August from 26 August or possibly sooner. .


The flat is very conveniently located - less than one minute walk to the amenities at First Street which include a Local Sainsbury, restaurants, bars and HOME theatre, cinema and cafe, three minutes to Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop, 10 minutes to Oxford Road train station and University area.

The flat is furnished and there is an internal courtyard and a garden area.

Non- smokers only and no pets please. I'm looking for tenants who are responsible and will respect and look after the property. Ideally tenants will be used to co-sharing and will be considerate of living with others and also respecting the neighbouring flats and occupants.

Professionals and PhD students only. I will consider couples or someone who wishes to take the flat for themselves, this is subject to rent negotiation.

Bills will be split between the tenants (council tax, Band D, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence if applicable)
