The room is on the ground floor, very spacious, with double bed and fully furnished. It has exclusive use to a toilet and shares the shower with only one girl. The 3rd room is en-suite. The top floor is a huge, very bright living area with balcony and open plan kitchen, great for socialising.

There is a huge ASDA 3 mins walking and a shopping complex with Argos etc, fast food shops and local market. It's also very close to the city centre, 20mins walking to Deansgate and 3mins walking + 15 mins on the bus to Piccadilly Gardens.

Rent is £380 and bills are about £100, so a total of £480pcm. We deal directly with the landlord and we have a rolling contract, with only requirement a £60 credit check fee.
