Manchester First Street - Replacement Tenant

I am looking for a replacement tenant for a private studio apartment (private kitchen, bathroom, everything) in the First Street area of Manchester (so, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops close to it). The apartment would be available from January to the end of the Summer (the length of rent could be discussed). The Studio is on the top floor (10th) and has an amazing view towards the city center. All bills are included (super fast wifi included) plus you also get the room cleaned every week. There are gym/laundry/movie/study rooms available to use and a lot of events free of charge to benefit from plus a beautiful hub with amenities including a pool table, Sky TV, etc. where you can just relax or play with your friends. If interested contact me and I can send you more information and photos too, however, please consider this apartment is quite pricey and, although I could allow you to pay less than I did when I moved in, don't expect it to come for free. Honestly, this is the really best you could get out of any student accommodation, for sure.
