Small double room in city centre flat

So I'm Gabriel and I'm looking to let out my spare bedroom in my flat in City South on City Road East.
My price of £620 is only for a rolling monthly basis or for fewer than 6 months. A 6 month contract will cost £580 per month and a full year contract will be reduced to £550 per month.
The bedroom is not large but it has a small double bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
My bedroom has an en-suite so you can have your own bathroom, which is much larger than the en-suite.
The open-plan living space and kitchen is larger than most city centre flats.
I am here most of the time but I do regularly spend short spells away.
