Furnished Double Room For Rent

Double bedroom for rent, one of us is moving out and so we need someone in to pay the other side of the rent.

I have accepted a job back in London so you would need to be ready to move in by the end of March.

Grace is a bubbly outgoing 22 year old student, clean, friendly and open to a few glasses of wine.

Looking for a female flat mate, preferably a similar age to Grace, needs to be clean and friendly.

Deposit will be a months rent paid to the flatmate leaving & you will have to pay agency fees of £250.

With bills included the months payments come to £588

The flat is located two minutes walk from a lovely pub called The Wharf, that sits by the river and across the river way are some more beer gardens and bars that are lovely in the summer!

Otherwise the flat is a short walk into the city centre!
