Single bedroom in nice house in Hulme, female only

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, but is to be shared essentially with 1 other lodger, as I have moved abroad and stay in the 3rd bedroom only occasionally. The house has upstairs bathroom, downstairs WC cloakroom, dining kitchen, separate lounge. From the house, it is very easy to walk to Manchester city centre and Manchester University, while Salford Quays is at a longer distance, but still possible to walk to. There are however very good bus connections. The price is £380 per month, inclusive of all bills.
