Price of the single bedroom (with private bathroom, the one in the picture, only use by youself, not for share) is £ 600 per month, share utility bills with flatmate ( rougly 60-80 each person I think), can only do 9 months min contract

P. S. I am the direct landlord, so no need deposit, just three months rent to be paid ahead will do, and I will need tenant's previous ref, passport and working contract or student ID/letter from Uni. and proof of financial ability, e. g bankstatement.
I will also provide you my passport and land reg document to proof my landlord status.
