Manchester Vita Student First Street

I am looking for a replacement tenant for a private studio apartment (private kitchen, bathroom, everything) in the First Street area of Manchester (plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. nearby). The apartment is available from the end of June. The Studio is on the top floor (10th) and has an amazing view of the city center. All bills are included (super fast wifi is also included) and there are also gym/laundry/movie/study rooms available to use and a lot of events free of charge to benefit from plus a beautiful hub with amenities including a pool table, Sky TV, etc. where you can just relax or socialize with your friends. Staff is very polite and helpful and your delivered parcels will be safely kept by the concierge staff when you are out.
