We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our apartment on the 7th of January.

We are in the Life buildings in Hulme, a secure apartment complex with fob access and a car park on the ground floor of the building, we have an allocated parking space that is available if needed. The building is situated on the corner of Hulme retail park, with all the amenities you need, including Asda Hulme Superstore, B&M and an abundance of places to eat with only a 20-minute walk into the centre.

The room is a good size (roughly 2.7m by 2.9m) and has a double bed and a wardrobe inside. It shares a large bathroom that has both a separate shower and a large bath.
There are currently 2 guys living here, both of us are 24 (please see bathroom picture). We’re both into music, art and having a good time. We keep the place clean and look after the communal areas well and expect the same.

Rent is £367 a month to be paid to the letting agency.
The bills are roughly £55 p/m and the council tax is £47 each p/m.
