A medium sized double bedroom is available now.
This is a 3 bedroom house, one ensuite room occupied by a professional Indian couple, and the other resident is a professional Italian male.

The rent includes council tax, electricity, gas, water and internet. A professional cleaner also cleans the common areas once every two weeks. The cleaning fees are also included in the rent (Although during the pandemic, the cleaners have not been).

The house has a large living room, a dinning table, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine/Dryer, a large kitchen, bathroom shared by two rooms and an ensuite room. There are a bus stops 2 mins walk from the house to the city centre and all Manchester. The house is also located 15 mins walk to Oxford road and the Universities.

This is a quiet house and area. I am looking for professionals and students who are looking for a place to rest and relax. No parties nor gatherings please :)
