Hey! I have a room available in my flat as my flat mate has moved out.
It’s a two bed two bathroom third story flat with a balcony that gets the sun all day long 🌞
I have an en-suite room so you will have your own bathroom.

The room has the furniture pictured and a double wardrobe on the other side too. I am happy to do viewings if you fancy coming and having a look around!

Location wise it’s a 10 min walk to oxford road and parking is available you just have to get access to this through getting a permit first which is free. There is also a secure bike storage for residents

It’s right next to Asda and has a Co-op right across the road and a few corner shops near by too so loads of places for food shopping

Bills come in around £670 a month.
£525 for rent, council tax £80, electricity £10, water £15, Wi-fi £15, gas £40. I’ve lived here 6 months and never paid above this monthly

Rent is on a rolling contract at present but can sign 6 months if needed :)
