2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat and I have 1 double furnished room available. The flat was built 4 years ago and has lots of windows so lots of natural light. The flat has parking available and also benefits from a large 20ft balcony which gets full sun from 3pm to sunset.

Regent road sainsburys is 10 min walk.
White city retail park 15 min walk.
Castlefield bars are 10 min walk away.
Hilton hotel bottom of Deansgate 15? min walk.
The flat is 1 minute from Stretford road which is good for busses all over and Trafford bar tram stop is about 10 min walk too.
I work at UOM and can walk in 10 mins and is also very close to MMU.

All bills included within reason of use and there is BT broadband and a £300 deposit is required. Reference would be better but also a viewing to meet and have a chat. The other guy that lives in the flat has been there over 2 years. He is 27 years old and is a nurse at the children's hospital.
He is an easy going guy not that that matters and he is looking for somebody to get along with. Watch TV have a drink watch a movie become friends more than just a person that lives here. Professional prepared but will consider students the flat is not a party flat so somebody that is clean and easy to get along with.
