looking for a new tenant to take over this lovely spacious double room. The house comes with 3 bathrooms a conservatory, shared living room and a good kitchen/utility room space. The house is just a stones throw away from town and Deansgate. There are plenty of shops and takeaways nearby, plus the fantastic Kim’s Kitchen is just around the corner.

The housemates you’ll be living with are all super friendly and easy to get a long with! 2 are young professionals and one is in the third year of university.
