Lovely flat near city centre

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate, I have 1 room spare in a 2 bed 2 bath flat just 15 minutes on bus from Manchester city centre. Rent price includes all bills. My ideal flatmate would be female, no smoking, preferably a student. My only rule is no big parties in the flat as there are families with small children living in the building. I am quite laid-back, as long as flat is kept relatively tidy, I am pretty quiet, I like to cook and bake and I like to watch TV in the evenings.
