Large spacious double room available close to Uni

I have a very large double room which is within walking distance to the Manchester Unis. It is a lovely furnished apartment that is recently refurbished. Big shops including asda and other Asian/African shops are within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is close to the city centre with regular buses to Chorlton and its environs.

I´m in search of someone who is neat or can keep the apartment in the state it is, good, and easy-going, to share this lovely apartment with. Students and professionals are equally preferred as long as you can pay rent and bills at the right time.

Bills are not included but should not be more than 100GPB per person per month.

Short-term let could be considered. Anyone who pays first takes up the tenancy.
