Sunny Room to Let in Hulme

Hi I'm Trina, I am a live in landlord..

I am in the process of selling my house so the room is only available for 6 - 8 weeks, potentially a little longer depending on how long it takes so no guarantees!

The house is on the border of Hulme & Stretford and is really close to town - only a 15 minute walk to Oxford Road (and the Peveril of the Peak). Downstairs is open plan but being a new build it's pretty cozy even in the winter.

The room is a good size with a massive window so it gets great light, it's furnished with a double bed (matress incoming), open wardrobe, chest of drawers and some extra shelving.

There is on street parking available and a covered car park.

The room is £650 all in - that includes all bills, internet, loo roll, & cleaning products.

I work full time, about half of the week from home.

Not necessarily looking for someone to spend loads of time with, but ideally we'll get a long and I am very happy to socialise, go for drinks etc if that's what you're looking for. I also love watching live music so always keen for a gig buddy,

I've got a lot of the stuff you'd need in the kitchen (plates, pans, cutlery etc) - so I'm very happy to share what's already here. We have a dishwasher so it's not too difficult to keep on top of washing up.

I am a vegetarian/mostly vegan and would prefer to share with other veggies! Also happy to do a bit of shared cooking if that's your thing.

I'm allergic to cats but dogs are very welcome.
