1 double bedroom in Hulme

hey, we are Meg and Anna and we are looking to find someone to move in at the end of June.

LGBTQIA+ friendly house 🏳️‍🌈

We’ve got a lovely little home in Hulme, close to the city centre, with 2 gardens, large living area and decent sized kitchen, one bathroom, and an additional toilet downstairs.

We've been living together for 3yrs and have made a home out of the house we live in. We are friendly, into our arts and enjoy being creative. We’re both social, enjoy the pub, sharing meals but also enjoy a quiet evening in chatting in the living room or keeping to ourselves. Meg's a 9-5er in an arts venue and Anna freelances/hops about between jobs in arts settings as an arts facilitator/in customer service.

The room we have available is very small but Anna's room is the same size (and she’s lived here years!), plus there’s additional storage/wardrobe cupboard on the landing, and we think the other living spaces, plus being near to the centre and gardens make up for the smaller room. It is also a south-facing room, so gets the sun.

Also, Anna has a fold out desk that fits in the room and there’s tables in the kitchen and living room for freelance/hybrid work.

We like to have open communication and share responsibilities, keeping a nice tidy and clean home (most of the time!).

Being respectful of each other and mindful of living preferences is important to us, as consideration is key for a happy home <3
