The available room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

My current flatmate is moving out so this room will be able from the 7th of September, although an earlier move-in date might be able to be negotiated.

The flat is spacious with excellent views of Manchester city centre and is about a 15 min walk from Deansgate station and with frequent buses to the city centre.

Bills usually amount to about £175 each (including council tax, electric, water and broadband).

I am easy-going and fairly social and I like plants, dancing and travelling. I have lived with friends for the last 5 years so I would like to find a roommate to have a similiarly comfortable and friendly household with.
