Double room in cosy Hulme flat

Hi I’m looking for someone to take over a double room in the flat from the start of June. Ideally someone who is a really tidy and chilled girls girl and who can be a friend as well as a flatmate.

I’m sociable and love going for food and drinks but also value my quiet time as I’m a sleepy gal so need someone who will respect this. My hobbies include makeup, gym and I have just taken up running.

The room is double and furnished with an adjoining private bathroom. The flat also has a large balcony with a beautiful view. Bills + council tax come to about £150 pm on top of rent. It is close to deansgate and Oxford road stations and a quick walk into city centre.

There is free permit parking with the building also. Unfortunately the building will not let to students so professionals only please.
