Short-term Double bed room near UoM

I am a student at the UoM. I am renting a spacious two-bedroom flat close to the university (a 5-8 minute walk from the library).

And one of the double bedrooms is available for short-term (1 -2 Months) from the 1st of September till the end of October.

About the flat: The flat is 5-8 minutes from the library and Oxford Road, and all the university buildings are within walking distance. The flat is on the 3rd floor and has two double bedrooms with a private bathroom each. The spacious kitchen and the living room are shared by flatmates. The bedroom is furnished. All the kitchen utensils are available. LIDL is 10 minutes walking distance. I have lived in this flat for over two years and love the place. The flat has a great view, and the neighbours are quiet. If you love playing football or watching people play football, the football field is next to the building. I am looking for a flatmate for the short term who respects others' boundaries and is clean and quiet. The Rent is 550£ (all bills included) [Note: One Month Deposit Required].
