Double room for rent in Hulme

I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy for a double bedroom in a shared 3 bedroom apartment in Royce Road, Hulme. There's a shared bathroom, 2 storage rooms, and a kitchen/living room. I currently have a single bed, but there will be a double bed when I move out.

Looking for someone who is employed, responsible, friendly and enjoys a calm lifestyle, and is flexible in the moving date.

Rent is £467 pcm exluding bills. Bills (council tax, electricity, water and broadband) are divided equally, and cost around £130 per person per month (it is less during summer months). One month's deposit and one month's rent required in advance before moving in.

The flat is in a very good location. There's a bus stop right next to the building with bus 256 route towards city centre and Cornbrook Tramway station within 10 mins walking distance. City centre and the Universities are around 25 mins walking distance.
