Ensuit Double bedroom

very spacious double room with a toilet . The bedroom is the only one on that floor and it comes with it's own toilet on the same floor but shower is shared with one other house mate on the floor above. The current rent is £540 but it’s due to increase in August to £573. the bills and council tax bring it up to around £740 now and around £780 later on .

me and my flatmate Patricia are very chilled people. we go gym most days, running sometimes and we occasionally like a night out but we also like to have a chilled night in to watch some Netflix. We would like to have someone who isn't just a housemate but potentially a friend move in with us as we do like to have a nice fun atmosphere around the house whilst also respecting each others space.
