Friendly female housemate wanted in Hulme

Hello!

We are 3 ladies looking to find a new, friendly, female housemate in our cosy house in Hulme. We are looking for someone who is quiet, clean and tidy, and wants to feel at home in our home. We are not a party house, but are friendly and social. We are replacing our current housemate who is sadly moving in July.

We have a 2nd floor, furnished, double room available from July 23rd for a minimum period of a year. It is rented through an agency so you’ll need to pass the agency checks. We are a 10 min walk from a large Asda, about 15 mins to MMU, and 25 mins to UoM, so would suit a mature student or someone working at the universities. There are good transport links for buses nearby as well and we are close to the city centre.

About us:

We are 3 ladies ranging from mid twenties to late thirties. One is a mature student and two are working full time. We all have our own things going on, but like to eat together sometimes, watch a movie or play a game sometimes, and are looking for someone who would fit into our home well, with similar views and we get on well with, this is the most important,

Our house is across 3 levels, and you will have a double room on the top floor, with access to a shared bathroom (between you and 2 others). The lounge is cosy, and large, and on the ground floor we have a large kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dining area. When the weather permits we also have a medium sized rear garden to enjoy sitting outside in. There is a small drive if you own a car, or if not no one has a problem to find parking on the street outside.

Bills are not included, but split between 4 of us usually average about 120-150 per month.
