Looking for someone to take over a tenancy from August as the current joint tenant is leaving.
Double room with chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.
Lovely flat, always have people compliment it! Shared living room and kitchen, you'd have your own bedroom and bathroom.
I have an indoor cat who lives in the property.
Would prefer a female or female alligned person but open to other genders if the person is the right fit.

Bills come to approx £150 each (Electric, water, council tax and wifi) electricity is more in the Winter months and less in the summer.
