I'm looking for a student to take over my room rental. The current tenancy contract ends on August 31st, 2024. I will officially transfer the contract to your name through the Host Cavendish official website.
Original Price: £180 per week (now increased to £198)
Your Price: £120 per week if you cover the rest of the contract
Short Let Option: £140 per week (minimum 1-2 months from July to the end of August)
Location: 5 minutes walk from UoM (Engineering Building) or MMU
Room Type: Gold Ensuite
Eligibility: Only students can rent this room, as this is the policy from Host Cavendish Place.
