Room available beginning of July

My current flat mate is moving out July 2nd and I am in need of a new flat mate or a buddy up to potentially find a new flat,

Double bed room with a shared kitchen and Living area and bathroom, balcony.

I work 4 days a week varying hours but I’m a very sociable person as well as tidy and clean,
