2 Rooms 30min Walk from City Centre

These rooms are ideal for anyone new to Manchester or who is looking for a residency for the next 12 months. Current residents are 2 males, (23/25 year old). House is a 2018 build so everything’s pretty new/in working order. Unfortunately there isn’t a tram stop nearby however there is a bus stop outside the house, getting you to town in 15mins. Kitchen and living room are shared but it’s by no means a tight squeeze and we’re a very sociable house. Nice garden, with a cul-de-sac for parking, also one space in the back garden that is currently available. If you work from home that is also not an issue there is space in the living room for a desk, which we are happy for you to buy/bring. Bills are reasonable, Gas/Electric £40p/m approx, WiFi £8.50p/m, Council Tax £50p/m, Water is around £30 per quarter. Deposit is £456, SpareRoom wouldn’t let me put that on for some reason.
