Double bedroom in Hulme

Hello,

My housemate is moving out at the end of our current tenancy so his room is becoming avialable on August 25th for a new 12-month tenancy. The flat is located on Rook St which is very well located (Hulme High St, big asda- 1 minute walk, city centre- 20ish minute walk). The living space is very decently sized for a 2-bed and gets good natural light through the large windows. It may look pretty depressing but these pics are taken at night and we've not bothered investing in it this year. I'll be willing to chip in £50-£100 each at the start of this new tenancy to get some bits in if the new housemate fancies it (for things like a rug, some plants, maybe a cheap tele or yoga mat and some throws for the sofa type thing idk). Wifi is £10 each, energy has been coming to around £55 each, council taxi is £60-£70.

My name is Mo (Mohannad), I'm of Sudanese heritage, I grew up in Newcastle, I've been in mcr since studying uni here more or less. I work in operations for a local charity currently which I'm grateful for (but i do need to get my bread up so that may change over the course of the year). I'm pretty basic and my interests aren't that crazy.

A great day for me (I imagine- I'm not sure it's ever happened) would be up early- gym- healthy eating- funny or otherwise stimulating socialising with close friends or new people - and ideally a big abundance of humanitarian impact (✊)- maybe a little skank too. What I actually do too often is get a taxi to work in the morning cos im late and later come home and restlessly watch Youtube, unfortunately. But we go again!

I honestly don't massively care what you like or what you're like as long as your considerate, clean & kind!
