Spacious and bright room in a two-bedroom flat close to the City Centre (5 minutes walk from Home Theatre).

It is a really cozy and bright dual-aspect first-floor flat with a great view of the surrounding trees. It is close to the city centre, with a bus stop just around the corner and a gym and shops 5 minutes walk away. The Deansgate tram stop is less than 10 minutes away. The flat has one bathroom and no parking space.

The bills and council tax (Band C) are approximately £300-£350 per month (£150-£175 per person), including fast hyperoptic WiFi.

The new tenancy agreement would start from 31 July for a minimum of 6 months (usually I take a 12-month contract with a one-month break clause after 6 months).

About me: I am a 29-year-old architect working in the City Centre. I also studied in Manchester, so I have been here for quite a while. I enjoy eating out, yoga, board games, and anything related to art or architecture.

I am looking for a clean and quiet flatmate who is a professional of a similar age. Someone I can be friends with, and while respecting each other's personal space, it would be nice to watch a movie or cook together from time to time. I am also gay, so you need to be okay with that. I usually go to the office most days, but I have the option to work from home two days per week. Preferably, I am looking for someone who works from the office or has a hybrid schedule rather than working fully remotely from home.

The contract is through an agency, so you will need to undergo a credit check and have an adequate income or a guarantor.
