Queen's Brewery Court: Spacious One Bed Flat

I've loved living in this spacious one bed flat but, sadly, am looking to move out at the earliest suitable opportunity.

The location is amazing: 20 minutes walk from town, Chorlton and Oxford Road with excellent transport links (85, 86 and 15 bus all stop nearby). The big Asda nearby is a life saver and Alexandra Park is an amazing spot for a picnic or a walk. There is also a gym nearby. There is also a secure car park.

All amenities -- shower, washing machine, oven, electric hob etc. work very well. Never had an issue with any of them. The shower is especially good. The boiler has been checked in the last 12 months and works seemlessly.

Intus Lettings are the lettings agents and they've always been helpful with any queries I've had. They arranged for the flat to be newly painted in 2023, supplied a brand new mattress in 2024 and have excellent contractor contacts.

The building itself is incredible and a real joy to come home to. The neighbours are friendly and considerate, so there is a nice community feel to the building.

This flat is suitable for both professionals and students.
