I have a double bed room to rent in M15 hulme near university!! I live in a shared house , Muslim and 2 are international students from Canada. We will be able to rent the room out starting july. it is walking distance from asda, coop, go local and MMU as well as UoM.

    ⁃    Move in date is july as that is when the tenancy starts
    ⁃    And the monthly rent price is £600 (bills NOT included)

About the bills(not included in rent pricing):
Bills are usually around £60 monthly; gas, electric & Wi-Fi.
Water is billed every 6 months, and varies.
