Townhouse Dbl Room Available - Castlefield/Hulme

Hello!! We have a double room available in 3 storey townhouse. The room would be available from start of September (potnetially end of August).

The room itself is a double, with a juliet balcony, so plenty of natural sunlight. The house has laminate wood flooring, and a large living room with floor to ceiling french doors that open onto a balcony (gorgeous for a drink during the summer evenings). There's also a small garden around the back, ideal for small BBQs. Large kitchen which is big enough for two people to cook at the same time.

The house is 15 mins walk from town, near a large Asda and Sainsburys and all transport links. It's also within a 5 - 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars on Deansgate and First Street. You can get anywhere within the inner ring road within 10 - 20 minutes, even without a car.

You would be sharing with 3 people - Jack, a biology PhD student; Luca, an Electrician, and Kush, an Electrical Engineer. All very nice, friendly guys. Respectful of each other's space, but still very amicable and chatty.

Rent is £510mper month, plus an additional £130 for all bills(Council tax, electricity, gas, wifi, TV license, and water), you'll struggle to find anywhere else in the so close to the city centre with so much space at that price.

Everybody in the house is usually pretty busy during the week working long hours, so it definitely isn't a "party house", but still fairly social with everyone getting along and sharing the living space. With previous housemates, it's definitely been more a collective rather than 4 individuals, something which we're looking to maintain.

We're pretty open with regards to new housemates, but a major point is finding somebody who is house proud and willing to maintain a homely environment. Ideal for a young professional, and potentially PhD students.
