- About the Flat -
Double room with en-suite available in a bright and airy flat located 5 minutes from the Asda superstore in Hulme.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite has a toilet, sink, and shower.

The flat is furnished with some items, but I own a lot of the kitchen and living room electronics. There is an air fryer, Nespresso machine, KitchenAid, and table top grill as well as the usual white goods inc. dishwasher. Would suit someone that likes to eat my baking.

There is a 55" TV and 100mb broadband in the living room that I share the use of all.

There is Hulme High Street 5 mins around the corner where there is a leisure centre and Better Health gym and pool which is £32 p/m membership.

Contract is until June 2025 at the moment. You’ll be taking over the tenancy from my housemate that has left.

- What I'm Looking For -
I'm looking for a mature, professional housemate who's clean, calm, and respectful of the shared space and belongings.

I'm social and enjoy sharing a meal and a beer, watching tv etc, but also appreciate peace and time to myself. I’ve grown up and tend to go out much less these days so the space wouldn’t suit a party animal or anyone looking for a social space every weekend.

I'm working mon-fri 9/5 and at the moment, mostly WFH but I'm hoping to return to the office more frequently in the future.

Sadly, no pets! :(
