Hi girls, myself and my 2 housemates are looking for another girl to join us in our house in Hulme.

We all work full time so ideally looking for a young professional. We love going out for food but we are quite busy with work etc. so love a chill night in! We enjoy working out and going to the gym in our spare time too. We would also want someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

Located a 20 min walk from Deansgate station, the room will be furnished with your own bathroom and available from the 29th September (approx). We also have a small garden and balcony off the living room which is a bonus in the summer months.

Rent is £375 each per month and bills are around £100 - 120 each.

We are more than happy for you to come and view the house or do a FaceTime viewing so you can see it for yourselves and get to meet us too.
