Posting it for a friend. My friend is moving out of this house coz she has to move back with her family. This is a 2 storey house, and ensuite is on the top floor, entire floor to yourself. Bills and not included in this but its a fixed amount of 90 pounds including everything and can be less than this but not more than 90.
The other 3 tenant live on the first floor and are students and believe in maintaining privacy. The house comes with a garden and front lawn. The place is close to UoM and MMU and walking distance to several grocery stores.
Rent of this month is already paid so you can move in whenever you want and your lease will start from oct.
Looking for a female tenant, vegetarian preferably. Guarantor will be required. Seriously enquiries only pls.
