Hi! Rebecca and Nina here - we’re looking for a third housemate as our beloved current housemate is leaving to travel. The flat is based in central Manchester, right next to Hulme Park and a 10 min walk from HOME cinema and Deansgate train/met station. We live in a very lovely community and are lucky enough to have a (live out) private landlord who we get on very well with.

The available room is a small double overlooking a lovely green space. Available to move in on the 1st of October. It’s a six month sublet with the potential for a rolling contract. We’re looking for a woman between the ages of 27-38.

Bills and Council Tax come to approx £85 each per month.

We are really looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the communal areas. We’re both sociable and enjoy cooking together, watching films, having a glass of wine on the balcony but equally enjoy our own social lives and we never bring the party home.

The man of the house is Lenny (the cat) so whoever moves in needs to be fine with animals. The flat is fairly small so we are not looking for any more pets to join. This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly house and would encourage you to apply if this aligns with you!

We both work in the arts and love to be creative in our spare time. Rebecca runs an artist-led studio space in Salford and Nina runs a clay business specialising in life sculpting so we are busy a lot of the time and have very changeable schedules.
