You’ll have access to an open-plan living room with a breakfast island/bar. Your room comes with two bedside tables, two wardrobes, and space to add a table if you need one. You’ll also have your own bathroom, and there’s extra storage space available in the flat for any additional items you may have.
Rent & Bills:
Rent is around £600, with council tax (Band B) at £64 per person/month. The flat has a great energy efficiency rating of B, so you can expect lower energy bills, especially in winter.
Requirement:
Sorry, it has to be full-time professionals in order to pass the reference check.
