Looking for someone to take over my lease

I'm moving out of the house so just looking for someone that will take over my lease, the house is opposite Hulme Park and is quite close to the MMU buildings. It has bus stops opposite the park and has a Morrisons that you can walk to. There's also an Asda nearby that's easy to get to.
The house comes with a dishwasher in the kitchen. There's also a washing machine that's in it's own area next to the kitchen and in this area there is also a downstairs toilet. This leads into a conservatory and a back garden where you can access the bins. There's a shared bathroom between 3 on the 1st floor, and then the room is on the second floor. Some of the pictures are of just before moving in so there'll be slight differences because the house is lived in.
