Double Bedroom with Roof Terrace and Best Flatmate

Hi all!

I'm going travelling so this gorgeous room in Hulme is available for August. We are flexible to longer term agreements.

The room is a cozy double bedroom, fully furnished with a desk, drawers, bedside table and cute wardrobe.

The flat itself benefits from a huge open plan living room and modern kitchen with a balcony, a recently refitted bathroom with power shower, and two storage cupboards. However, the real piece de resistance of this place is a the spare room upstairs, which we use as a dressing room, study and chill out space - which has an amazing roof terrace, perfect for watching the sunrise or chilling with mates and taking in the view when the weather is nice :)

The flat comes fully furnished, including a big TV and speaker, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a big dining table.

You'll be sharing with India, an artist, creative and overall absolute gem. She's an easy-going soul who likes watching films, RuPaul's Drag Race, listening to music, cooking dinners, and making artwork. The flat is decorated with her amazing artwork!

Location-wise, we couldn't be more blessed: the apartment is right next to big Asda and Hulme high street, along with the MMU Birley Campus. A bus runs every 10 minutes to Piccadilly, but we are only a 20 minute bike ride from practically anywhere in town, or a 25 minute walk.

The only issue with the place is there is no lift to the apartment, and we are on the fourth floor. We've been told the lift will be fixed before the end of the year, but for this reason we could not offer the room to anyone with mobility restrictions. ,

All bills and superfast Hyperoptic broadband included in the price. Deposit is 6 weeks rent, plus the first month's rent + bills (£1612.5 total).
