Double room in hulme

Hey! I’m looking for someone to renew my tenancy with me for at least the next 6 months 🫶

A bit about me: I’m finishing up my degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and work part-time as a delivery driver.
I’m autistic and ADHD, so I'd love to live with someone else who’s neurodivergent ☺️
I’m on the quiet side at first, but once I get comfortable I’m a goofy gal.
Not much into parties—cozy nights in are definitely more my thing!

What I’m Looking For:
Ideally, you’re someone tidy who helps keep things clean. It’d be great if you’re up for sharing the cleaning of communal spaces every now and then.
I’m open to us being friends as well as flatmates, but no worries if you’d rather just do your own thing.

About the Flat:
• Right next to Hulme Park, and a 10-minute walk to Deansgate Station
• Bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table
• Shared bathroom
• Bills for energy, water, and WiFi are around £98 per person per month
• Free parking in front of the building (just need to apply for a permit through the council)

Other Details:
• You’ll need either a UK guarantor or may be able to pay two months’ rent upfront instead
• If you’re not a student, council tax (Band A) would be your responsibility until March, since I’m exempt until then.
