The flat has one other tenant (female), who is quiet and works full-time. The available bedroom is a single room, with a bathroom for the sole use of the tenant (the other tenant has an en-suite). The good-sized lounge diner is bright and airy. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, a fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a new Worcester Bosch Central heating boiler too. For an additional fee, there is secure private parking available at the back of the flat. This is not a sub-let, it is a tenancy transfer.
